THK SVR Series Radial Type Caged Ball LM Guide

The THK SVR Series is a super-heavy load, radial type caged ball LM Guide, offering higher rigidity and load capacity than other models in THK’s Caged Ball LM Guide lineup.

Its raceway uses a deep circular-arc groove close to the ball diameter. As load increases, the ball contact area grows too, giving strong load capacity along with better damping. An improved protector and optional side scraper also help keep out contaminants, making it well suited for tough environments like machine tool applications.

The SVR Series comes in 8 model variants, covering flanged and non-flanged types, standard and long block options, and different bolt mounting configurations. Sizes range from 25 to 65, with basic dynamic load ratings from 48.2 kN to 339 kN and basic static load ratings from 68.1 kN to 484 kN, depending on the model.
