THK Flange-less Type Linear Bushing

THK’s Flange-less Type Linear Bushing line uses ball bearings in point contact with a cylindrical LM shaft for smooth, low-friction straight-line motion. The Standard Type suits the widest range of applications, the Clearance-adjustable Type has a slit nut so shaft-to-housing clearance can be tuned via an adjustable-bore housing, the Open Type has a cutout equal to one ball row’s width (50 to 80 degrees) for use where the shaft is supported by a column or fulcrum, and the Long Type incorporates two standard retainers for a larger net rated load. Available in resin, metal, and stainless steel construction across models including LM, LM-GA, LM-MG, LME, and LM-L, with basic dynamic load ratings from 88.2 N up to 16,400 N and shaft diameters from 3 to 120 mm.
