THK Encased Type Linear Bushing

THK’s Encased Type Linear Bushing comes pre-fitted inside a metal casing, so it installs directly into a housing bore without the extra machining a flange-less nut would require. The line includes Model SC (6 to 30 mm shaft diameters), Model SC 35 to 50 for larger shafts, standard Model SH, and long-type Models SL and SH-L for greater load capacity. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 139 N up to 3,820 N depending on model, with shaft diameters from 3 to 50 mm across the range. Like other Linear Bushing types, it uses point-contact ball bearings against a cylindrical LM shaft for smooth, low-friction motion, suited to medical, packaging, and lightweight office automation equipment.
