THK WGF Series Super Lead Full-Ball Type Precision Ball Screw
The THK WGF Series is a super lead precision ball screw using an end-cap type ball circulation system. Its lead dimension runs 1.5 to 3 times longer than the screw shaft diameter, which is notably more than THK’s BLK Series, where the shaft diameter and lead are roughly equal. This gives the WGF Series faster linear travel per rotation for applications that prioritize speed over compactness.
It’s available in screw shaft diameters from 8mm to 50mm, and doesn’t require a preload, keeping the overall design simple.
