THK CNF Series Super Lead High Load Full-Ball Type Rolled Ball Screw

The THK CNF Series combines four rows of large-lead loaded grooves with a longer nut, which gives it a longer service life than a standard super lead rolled ball screw. It uses an end-cap ball circulation method and doesn’t require a preload, and like other rolled ball screws, it uses a specially surface ground rolled shaft rather than a fully thread-ground one, keeping the cost down while the nut raceways stay thread-ground.

It carries a DN value of 70,000 and is available in screw shaft diameters from 15mm to 30mm, making it well suited to transport applications with higher load demands.
