THK BTK-V Series Standard Nut Full-Ball Type Rolled Ball Screw

The THK BTK-V Series is a compact, round type rolled ball screw with a return-pipe ball circulation nut. The flange circumference is cut flat at the top and bottom, which lowers the shaft center and helps keep the overall design compact. It doesn’t require a preload and is built for high speed operation, carrying a DN value of 100,000.

Like other THK rolled ball screws, it uses a screw shaft rolled to high accuracy and then specially surface ground, with thread-ground raceways in the nut for smoother, lower clearance motion than a conventional rolled ball screw. It’s available in screw shaft diameters from 10mm to 50mm, covering a wide range of transport and feed applications.
