THK BNT Series Full-Ball Type Rolled Ball Screw (Square Nut)

The THK BNT Series is a rolled ball screw with a square nut and a return-pipe ball circulation system. It uses a screw shaft that’s rolled to high accuracy and then specially surface ground, which keeps costs lower than a fully thread-ground precision shaft, while the ball raceways inside the nut are still thread-ground for smoother, lower clearance motion than a conventional rolled ball screw. It doesn’t require a preload, keeping the design simple.

It’s available in screw shaft diameters from 14mm to 45mm, giving you a solid range of sizes for transport applications where a square nut mounting style works best.
