The Yamaha FLIP-X F Type (Frame Type) is a high-rigidity, fully framed single-axis robot designed for precision positioning and heavy-load linear motion applications. Featuring an integrated aluminium frame structure, ball screw drive system, and AC servo motor, the F Type delivers superior structural stiffness, stable travel accuracy, and excellent load capacity.
Compared to the T Type frameless model, the F Type provides a complete enclosed frame body, eliminating the need for a separate mounting base or external structural support. This makes it well suited for stand-alone installation or high-load multi-axis systems requiring enhanced rigidity, where the frame itself forms part of the machine’s structural foundation.
